“I think that Home-Start is one of the best charities there is in terms of early learning. Their volunteers do an incredible job in engaging very young children in preparing for their school journey.”
There are so many ways in which you can support Home-Start Manchester to help even more parents and their children across the city.
As an individual, a group or a school.

Please do tell us about all of your ideas so that we can support you, and of course help publicise your fundraising efforts on our social media.

Schools
Children can learn from an early age how their fundraising efforts can really help a charity and positively impact on their local community.
There are lots of simple ways in which your school can get involved with helping Home-Start Manchester, holding a non-uniform day or even organising a bring and bake sale with delicious cakes are both uncomplicated ways to raise funds for us. We could even attend a school assembly and talk about the good work that Home-Start Manchester does before or after your fundraising activity to thank you and talk to your pupils about how the money has helped us.
We even have attractive hampers already made up that we can give to you to raffle off; you just have to sell the tickets – it really is that simple!
If you would like to discuss fundraising at your school please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
