Thank you for your interest in referring a family to Home-Start Manchester. The projects into which you can refer a family are:
- Home visiting – for any family with at least one child under 5 with any support needs
- PAIRS – mental health and parent infant relationship support in the 0-2 period
- Young parents support – for any family who has a child conceived before either parent turned 19 years
- Dad Matters – PAIRS support and criteria but for dads
- Virtual group – for any family in the 0-2 period
Please complete the relevant enquiry form listed below.
Once we have received your enquiry, if there is capacity for the project you are referring a family to, it will be passed to the project lead who will contact you to complete a full referral over the phone. If there is no capacity then we will hold your enquiry on our list and keep you updated on capacity each month. As soon as the project has capacity your enquiry will be picked up and you will be contacted to make the telephone referral.
Currently, our approximate waiting times are:
Home visiting 4-5 weeks and Dad Matters 12 weeks
