Thank you for your interest in referring a family to Home-Start Manchester. We have three projects in which you can refer a family into.
Home-visiting Support, (including Parent and Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS)), Dad Matters and our Virtual Support Group.
Please complete the relevant enquiry form listed below.
Once we have received your enquiry, if there is capacity for the project you are referring a family to, it will be passed to the project lead who will contact you to complete a full referral over the phone. If there is no capacity then we will hold your enquiry on our list and keep you updated on capacity each month. As soon as the project has capacity your enquiry will be picked up and you will be contacted to make the telephone referral.
